- Dispatch-in-training
- A calm person able to manage multiple requests and directions simultaneously. Will keep up with barge and train schedules to assure:
- (i) stevedore is available when the barge docks and
- (ii) rail hand have filled the correct rail cars prior to UP’s arrival.
